A 6-pack of delicious bagels from Hawthorne Valley, across the line in NY state. They have a biodynamic farm and teaching center and school, as well as a bakery. A really amazing place.
Puffier than a New York bagel, but still a nice contrast between the toothiness of the crust and the softness of the interior.
These only arrive once or twice a week, so we freeze them to keep them as fresh as possible.
