We use our eggs first, but during this busy time we're also stocking Square Roots and/or Cream of the Crop eggs. They use similar practices -- free range hens fed organic grain, with lots of farm scraps thrown in there too.
We're proud of our hens and our eggs. We usually charge $5/dozen, as most of you know, but we need to charge more than that to cover the cost of bought-in eggs. So we've arrived at $6/dozen as a happy medium.
